These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by SecureNet365.

1. About Us

SecureNet365 provides broadband, VoIP (digital phone), and related connectivity services to residential and business customers in the UK.

2. Services

We supply broadband services (including FTTP and SoGEA), digital phone services, and optional hardware such as routers and mesh systems.

3. Orders & Contracts

By placing an order, you agree to enter into a contract with SecureNet365. Services are subject to availability and successful provisioning.

4. Pricing & Payments

- Monthly services are billed via Direct Debit
- Any upfront costs (installation, hardware, setup fees) may be charged at checkout
- Prices are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time

5. Direct Debit

By setting up a Direct Debit mandate, you authorise SecureNet365 to collect payments for services provided. Payments are taken in accordance with your agreed billing schedule.

6. Contract Length

Services are typically provided on a fixed-term contract (e.g. 24 months) unless otherwise stated at point of sale.

7. Cancellation

- You have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales
- Early termination fees may apply if cancelling within minimum term
- Services can be cancelled by providing notice as outlined in your agreement

8. Service Delivery

Installation and activation times vary depending on network provider (e.g. Openreach or CityFibre).

9. Equipment

Any supplied equipment remains your responsibility. Charges may apply for damaged or unreturned equipment.

10. Fair Usage

Services must not be used for unlawful purposes or abuse of network resources.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or service interruptions beyond our control.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Customers will be notified where required.
